Neal joined the Authentic Life Church team as Associate Pastor, Worship Leader, and Media Director in February of 2022. Neal and his wife Jennifer bring over 10 years ministry experience, ranging from student and worship ministries, to media and special needs care.
Neal and Jenn have been married for 9 years and parent two rowdy boys: Micah (7) and Levi (6).

Jenifer joined the Authentic Life Church team in 2015 to take over the bookkeeping duties. Her role has evolved and she finds herself administrating much of the office, bookkeeping, and helping Pastor Jon keep his schedule on track!
Jenifer has been married to her husband Randy since 1999. They have two beautiful daughters, Megan and Madison
